Who we are
Fullhouse Gym Automations helps gyms and fitness studios get more bookings with automated follow-up, reviews and reactivation. You can contact us at info@fullhousegymautomations.com.
What we collect
When you fill in the form on our website, we collect your name, business name, email address, mobile number, type of business and whether you agreed to receive text messages about your enquiry.
Why we collect it
We use your details to contact you about your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We don't sell your details or use them for anything else.
Your customers' details
If you become a client, we handle your customers' details on your behalf, only to provide the services you've asked for, such as sending review requests or follow-up messages. Every message identifies your business and includes a way to opt out.
Who we share it with
We only share details with the providers we need to run our services, such as our website host (Netlify) and the platforms we use to send messages. We ask them to protect your information. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them. When a client relationship ends, we delete their customers' details unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@fullhousegymautomations.com. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
